Dress for adventure! We recommend wearing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. It’s also a good idea to dress in layers, as temperatures can vary during the flight.
The entire balloon flight experience typically lasts about 3 to 4 hours, this includes pre-flight preparation, the flight itself (usually 1 hour), and post-flight celebrations.
Yes absolutely, you’re welcome to bring your camera or phone to capture the breathtaking views during your flight! Just make sure they’re securely stored when not in use to avoid any accidents.
If the weather is unflyable, we will work with you to reschedule for another convenient time. If we cancel due to the weather or you cancel outside 96 hours prior to your flight we will also issue a full refund in the event that we can not find a suitable date to reschedule your flight. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priority.
You can cancel or reschedule with at least 96 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 96 hours in advance of our meeting time may result in full payment.
