What happens if the weather is bad on my scheduled date?If the weather is bad on your scheduled date, we will work with you to reschedule for another convenient time. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priority, so we'll make sure to find a solution.

What is your cancellation policy?Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel or reschedule with at least 96 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 96 hours in advance will be responsible for their total balance.
